It helps to include your device model, the system version, and the app version shown in Settings > About. Please do not send the book itself.
NovelCue needs a device that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on. The built-in Handbook (Settings > About > Read the Handbook) covers importing, languages and troubleshooting.
